Contract Withdrawal Policy

According to Directive 2011/83/EU and the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to: 

• “services related to leisure activities when the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.”

As the conference takes place on fixed dates (8–10 May 2026), the statutory 14-day withdrawal right is excluded.

Participants may cancel only under the voluntary cancellation policy described in the Return & Refund Policy.
