Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the online purchase of tickets for the 11th International Surgery Workshop & 7th World Consensus Conference on BIA-ALCL & MIRA Symposium (“Event”), organized by Eurotraining Srl Unipersonale(“Organizer”, “Seller”).

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all ticket purchases and registrations made via the online shop.

2. Eligibility

Tickets are sold exclusively to individuals registering for the Event. Student and Resident tickets require proof of status submitted by email to: mail@eurotraining.it.

3. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed immediately after payment.
  • Confirmation of registration and an invoice are sent electronically to the email provided.
  • No physical shipping is involved.
  • Delivery time: immediate electronic confirmation upon successful payment.

4. Prices & Payment

  • Prices are listed in euros (€), inclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • Payments are processed through a secure online payment system (credit card).

5. Right of Withdrawal

Event tickets are services provided on specific dates. Therefore, according to Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(l) and the Italian Consumer Code, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does NOT apply. A voluntary cancellation policy is provided instead (see section 7).

6. Changes & Event Modifications

The Organizer may adjust the Event program, speakers, or schedule. Such changes do not entitle the participant to a refund.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to: mail@eurotraining.it
  • Cancellations before 10 January 2026: refund of the paid fee minus a 20% administrative fee
  • Cancellations after 10 January 2026: no refund
  • Refunds are issued only after the Event
  • Refunds are made exclusively to the original payment method

8. Complaints Procedure

Participants may submit complaints regarding:

  • registration/payment problems,
  • access to the Event,
  • technical issues in the purchase process.

Complaints must be submitted in writing to mail@eurotraining.it. The Organizer will respond within 14 days.

9. Liability

The Organizer is not liable for:

  • travel, accommodation, or personal expenses,
  • participant’s inability to attend the Event,
  • technical errors caused by third-party systems (payment provider).

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be resolved before the courts of Genoa, Italy.
